Refund Policy

We want you satisfied. Here's our fair, no-hoops refund policy.

Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with WhatsClaw. If you are not happy, we make refunds easy and fair.

Pro Monthly Plan

Billed monthly via Google Play. Cancel any time through Google Play > Subscriptions. Access continues until end of billing period. No refund for the current month once started, but you are never charged again after cancellation.

Pro Annual Plan

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days the plan is non-refundable but you retain access for the full year.

Lifetime Plan

Full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request

  1. Email support@whatsclaw.in with your Google Play order ID.
  2. Or use Google Play: Account > Purchase history > WhatsClaw > Request a refund.
  3. We process all requests within 3 business days.

Exceptional Cases

If we cannot resolve a technical issue, we issue a full refund regardless of when you purchased.
