1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using WhatsClaw ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WhatsClaw is an Android productivity app enabling message scheduling, auto-reply rules, and bulk messaging campaigns via Android's Accessibility Service. It operates entirely on-device and does not use the WhatsApp Business API.

3. Accessibility Service Disclosure

WhatsClaw requires Android's Accessibility Service. By granting this permission, you authorise the App to interact with WhatsApp to send messages you have pre-configured. No other use is made of this permission.

4. WhatsApp Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. WhatsClaw is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc.

5. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal or business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, rent, or sublicence the App, or use it to send spam or illegal content.

6. Prohibited Uses

Do not use WhatsClaw to send fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal messages; harass or abuse individuals; violate any law; infringe intellectual property rights; or distribute malware.

7. In-App Purchases

Pro and Lifetime plans are purchased via Google Play. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including WhatsApp account restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
