Schedule your Diwali wishes on WhatsApp for 12:01 am

Every Diwali the same race happens: who wishes first at midnight. Instead of staying awake with your phone and copy-pasting the same message to 40 people, schedule your Diwali wishes in advance. WhatsClaw sends them from your own WhatsApp at 12:01 am while you enjoy the evening or catch some sleep.

Make the wish personal first

A forwarded "Happy Diwali" image with someone else's name on it does not feel special. Use our free Diwali Wish Maker to create a personal wish in a few seconds, then use that text in your schedule. Or write your own using the {name} placeholder so each person sees their own name.

Happy Diwali {name}! 🪔 May this Diwali bring lots of light, laughter and mithai to your home. Miss you, let's meet soon!
Shubh Deepawali {name} ji 🙏 Aapko aur aapke parivaar ko Diwali ki dher saari shubhkamnayein.

How to schedule Diwali wishes for 12:01 am

Step 1: Install and set up (one time)

  1. Install Auto Reply & Scheduler: WClaw from Google Play and open it.
  2. Sign in, then allow the Accessibility permission when the app asks. This is how WhatsClaw types and sends the message in your own WhatsApp at the time you set.
  3. Keep your phone charged, online and with WhatsApp logged in around the send time.

Step 2: Choose who gets which wish

Make small groups: family, close friends, colleagues, customers. A cousin and your boss probably should not get the same message. Pick contacts from your phone or import a CSV.

Step 3: Write or paste the wish

Paste the message from the wish maker or your own text. Add {name} for personalisation, and attach a diya photo or short video if you like. You can add 2-3 versions so the wishes do not all look identical.

Step 4: Set the date and 12:01 am

Pick Diwali night as the date and 12:01 am as the time. Messages go out one by one with small gaps, so some will land a few minutes after midnight. That is normal and looks more natural anyway.

Step 5: Keep the phone ready

Before you sleep, keep the phone on charge, on Wi-Fi or mobile data, and do not force-stop the app. That is all.

Bonus: auto-reply to wishes

You will get a lot of "Happy Diwali" messages too. Set a keyword auto-reply for "Diwali" that sends a warm thank-you, so nobody feels ignored while you are busy with puja and family.

For shops and businesses

Diwali is a good reason to greet customers who already know you. Keep it a genuine wish, not a hard sell, and send in small batches. For offer messages, read our guide on sending shop offers safely.

Send sensibly. WhatsClaw sends from your own WhatsApp on your own phone, so WhatsApp's normal rules apply. Message only people who know you and expect to hear from you, keep batches small, and stop if someone asks you to. This reduces the risk of your number being restricted, but no app can promise that every message is delivered or that a number will never be limited.

What it costs

The free plan gives you 3 scheduled messages and 3 auto-replies, which is enough to test the whole flow. If you need more, Growth is ₹199/month or ₹999/year. Until 12 November 2026, code POWER50 gives 50% off Growth.
