Send your shop's offers on WhatsApp, the polite way
Your regular customers already have your number saved. When a new stock lands or a festival sale starts, a short WhatsApp message brings them back to the dukaan far better than a pamphlet. WhatsClaw helps you schedule those messages from your own number, in small batches, so it feels like you messaged each customer yourself.
First rule: only message customers who said yes
This page is about opt-in customers: people who gave you their number and said "haan bhaiya, offers bhej dena". Do not buy number lists or message strangers. That is spam, it annoys people, and reports are the quickest way to get a WhatsApp number restricted.
An easy way to collect opt-ins: keep a small board at the counter, "Get our offers on WhatsApp, just say Hi to 98XXXXXXXX". Anyone who messages you first has clearly asked for it. Our free QR code generator can turn that into a QR for the counter.
How to send an offer with WhatsClaw
Step 1: Install and set up (one time)
- Install Auto Reply & Scheduler: WClaw from Google Play and open it.
- Sign in, then allow the Accessibility permission when the app asks. This is how WhatsClaw types and sends the message in your own WhatsApp at the time you set.
- Keep your phone charged, online and with WhatsApp logged in around the send time.
Step 2: Make an opt-in customer list
Select customers who asked for offers from your contacts, or import a CSV (name, number). Label the group clearly, for example "Offer list – regular customers".
Step 3: Write a short, useful message
Keep it short, mention one real offer, and always give a way to stop. Add a photo of the product if it helps.
Step 4: Schedule in small batches
Pick the date and time (late morning or early evening works for most shops). Use WhatsClaw's random delays and daily send limits so messages go out slowly, a few at a time, instead of hundreds in one go. You can also write 2-3 versions of the message so not every customer gets identical text.
Step 5: Auto-reply to "price" and "STOP"
Set a keyword auto-reply for "price" or "menu" that sends your rate list, and one for "STOP" that confirms you will not message them again. Then actually remove them from the list.

Download WhatsClaw free on Google PlayHow often should a shop send offers?
Once or twice a month is plenty for most dukaans, plus festival days. If customers start ignoring or blocking you, you are sending too often. Quality over quantity, hamesha.
What it costs
The free plan gives you 3 scheduled messages and 3 auto-replies, which is enough to test the whole flow. If you need more, Growth is ₹199/month or ₹999/year. Until 12 November 2026, code POWER50 gives 50% off Growth.
Also useful for shops: polite udhaar reminders and Diwali wishes for customers.
FAQs
Can I send offers to customers who have not saved my number?
You should only message customers who gave you their number and agreed to get offers. Messaging people who did not ask is spam and increases the chance of being reported.
How many customers can I message at once?
Keep it small. Use daily limits and random delays so messages go out gradually. Sending hundreds of messages quickly to people who do not know you is the most common reason numbers get restricted.
Is this the same as a WhatsApp Broadcast list?
It is similar in that each customer gets a one-to-one message. WhatsClaw adds scheduling, {name} personalisation, message variations and send limits, and it sends from your own WhatsApp app.
Does WhatsClaw use the WhatsApp Business API?
No. It works on your Android phone with your regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, so there is no Meta verification or per-message fee. WhatsClaw is an independent app and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
